Iworked closely with Project Managers and other senior stakeholders across the company to shape and deliver the new responsive version of the Myles Roberts website. I worked closely with data specialists to aid insight-driven designs, I cycled through different phases of design-thinking framework and iterating frequently through: Discovery (research), I conducted competitor analysis and benchmarking, created user journeys, user flows, sitemaps, wireframes and interactive prototypes. and produced final production graphics.
The Challenge
The mian aim was to enhance the job application and registration process on our website, making it simpler and more efficient for users. The goal was to create a new and innovative user journey that offers a seamless and user-friendly experience on both desktop and mobile devices.
The Solution
To achieve this, I introduced innovative tools that provided users with a hassle-free and time-saving experience. One such feature was the swipe apply, multiple applications, and a search bar that is easily accessible from every page, allowing users to quickly find what they're looking for. Additionally, re-egineered filters to help narrow down search results, ensuring users can easily obtain the best and most relevant outcomes. The focus is on streamlining the user experience and empowering individuals to navigate the website effortlessly.
